Main Function:

1,The loss-in-weight feeder is composed of fast filling device, inlet and outlet, flexible connection, weighing bin, load cell, mixing device and screw conveyor.

2,Fast filling device: pneumatic butterfly valve is used as the connection of material bin and weighing bin. The weighing bin will be filled completely in a short time when it needs filling. The pneumatic butterfly valve is in a small volume and compact construction but responds quickly, leak proof and easy to use, practical and reliable.

3,Weighing bin: the weighing bin is designed for weighing and able to prevent bridge and material impact and also ensure smooth and well-distributed feeding; meanwhile, it is easy to dismantle during cleaning and replacing of some parts and components. The volume of the material bin depends on the feeding capacity.

4,Load cell: three highly précised sensors are mounted on the weighing bin and distributed at 120°C ensuring the weighing accuracy .

5,Mixing device: to prevent bridging and ensure smooth and well-distributed feeding, its main structure is that add mixing activation device on top of the weighing bin with horizontal motor and reducer inside to drive vanes for mixing.

6,Screw Conveyor: high accuracy screw is used, allowing a small spacing between the screw and shell after precision processing, thus ensuring high weighing and measuring precision and stable feeding. The connection between motor and the screw is compact and simple which reduces the transitional steps so as to ensure high weighing accuracy.
